In order to start your online education, Log In with the login block to the right.  After you have logged in, click the "My courses" link in the "Navigation" block to the left.  Once you have expanded the "My courses" category, you should see your available online courses.  Click the course link to enter the course and get started by viewing the "News Forum" and starting the beginner's tutorial with the link "Part 1: Navigating Online Education Portal."
